The U3a Cinema Group is a small, informal group created to connect like-minded cinema lovers who prefer not to go to the cinema alone. Currently organised through WhatsApp, the group provides a platform for members to coordinate and pair up with others in the U3a who share their enthusiasm for seeing films at our local Regal Cinema.

This self-motivating group encourages members to take the initiative in arranging meet-ups rather than relying on formal guidance. This flexible approach makes it easier to find a cinema companion or small group without having to coordinate everyone’s availability.  It’s a relaxed, enjoyable way to share the cinema experience as often as you would like.
