If you love to sing, you'll find a warm welcome at the Silver Tones Singing Group. Since forming in 2017, our friendly choir has grown in both confidence and musical ability, bringing people together through the enjoyment of singing and the friendships that naturally follow.

We regularly perform at community events and local venues, sharing our music with others in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. While performing is never compulsory, many members discover the confidence to step into the spotlight for the very first time. It's a wonderful example of what u3a is all about: trying something new, learning together and having fun along the way.

There are no auditions and no requirement to read music. All you need is enthusiasm, a willingness to attend regularly, learn the songs and enjoy making music with like-minded people. Music is provided, and every new voice is valued.
