Why are we here?
How do different cultures and traditions find hope, purpose, and community? Whether you hold a strong religious faith, follow a secular or humanist outlook, or simply enjoy exploring life’s big questions, this group is for you.
Each month, we explore a single theme or belief system through an honest, respectful, and curious lens. There are no experts — just open minds and a willingness to listen and share.
What to Expect:
- Diverse Topics: From major world religions and non-religious philosophies to shared human themes like ethics, hope, and rites of passage.
- Respectful Dialogue: We follow clear guidelines for constructive, welcoming conversation where all perspectives are valued equally.
- Interactive & Member-Led: Come prepared - research the topic, maybe a presentation, group discussion, and space for everyone to contribute in their own best way.

If you want to join please let Peter know in advance of attending. We use a WhatsApp group to facilitate knowledge sharing outside of the meetings.
Anyone can lead a topic in line with their own interest or knowledge. The schedule is on a first come, first served basis.
Having openness to discovery is the key. We try to abide by the Interfaith Network guidelines on interfaith dialogue:
